SPICY SHRIMP SANDWICH w/ CHIPOTLE AVOCADO MAYONNAISE! is one of my all-time favorite foods, After doing some research I found this recipe and I have made it in the past and it is absolutely delicious!







What You'll Need



  • One half teaspoon cumin
  • One half teaspoon garlic powder
  • One quarter teaspoon kosher salt
  • One quarter teaspoon chili powder
  • Two teaspoons olive oil
  • One half pound medium shrimp (about 20 shrimp) peeled and deveined
  • One avocado, pitted and diced
  • One half cup mayonnaise
  • One chipotle pepper
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • One quarter teaspoon kosher salt
  • Two french rolls
  • Four romaine lettuce leaves

How to Make It

  1. Combine cumin, garlic powder, One quarter teaspoon kosher salt, chili powder and olive oil together in a bowl.
  2. Place shrimp in the bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Combine avocado, mayonnaise, chipotle pepper, lime juice and One quarter teaspoon kosher salt in a food processor.
  4. Pulse until smooth.
  5. Place shrimp in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until pink and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  6. Toast rolls, if desired. Spread chipotle avocado mayonnaise on the roll.
  7. Place lettuce leaves on the bottom half of the roll and place 10 shrimp on each sandwich.
